It started on a rainy Tuesday afternoon.
Daniel had no intention of staying long. He just needed somewhere quiet to finish a few emails before heading home. The small café on the corner looked ordinary enough — warm lighting, soft music, and the faint smell of freshly ground coffee.
But something about the atmosphere made him pause.

While waiting for his coffee, Daniel noticed something unusual.
